Summary: In this video, we continue our discussion of the Java certification exam. The first question we look at has to do with class inheritance. We know that in Java, we can extend a single class, but implement multiple interfaces. The question is looking for the correct call to getType() that returns the type of the class. The second question is about the use of the assert statement. We need to be familiar with the assert syntax so we know how the execution order will proceed. In this question both assert statements were correct, and the calls for foo() and bar() were skipped. The third question is very important because it tackles all the main concepts of class and interface declarations, how they are used in files and packages. This question covers many key points we have discussed before. Finally, the last question discusses –d, -D, the java command, and the command line arguments.
